OneRise is developing a new behavioral health model that:
- Addresses root causes
- Proactively prevents emergencies
- Promotes lifelong resiliency
We are not a service provider or agency. We are not here to compete with existing community services, but to help connect them.
OneRise acts as a unifying platform, bringing together clinical care, rehabilitation, housing, nutrition, workforce development, childcare, social supports and more on a single campus.
That’s where you come in.
We need local providers, organizations and leaders to join us in building a network that bridges care gaps and amplifies impact.
Here’s who we’re looking for.
OneRise is partnering with some of the brightest minds in mental health, recovery and restorative design.
But we need more like-minded organizations at the table to approach complex challenges from every angle:
- Public, private and nonprofit sectors to co-design innovative solutions to behavioral health, housing and workforce challenges

- Visionary service providers who want to join our campus (including medical providers, federally qualified healthcare providers, community care, detox/rehab, affordable housing, childcare, education/workforce training, job placement)
- Innovative funders and social impact investors
- Government and community leaders seeking scalable public-private models for addressing behavioral health and housing crises
- Partner organizations seeking collaboration, physical space on campus, or shared infrastructure
- Shelters, behavioral health and social services providers, and other organizations serving people who could benefit from supportive housing
Together, we can create a culture where individuals and families receive the full-circle care they deserve.
