Creating lasting change in lives and communities.
OneRise is a 501(c)(3) organization dedicated to making Wichita a national model for accessible, compassionate behavioral health care.
Every Kansan should have the opportunity to thrive. Together with like-minded partners, we aim to set a new standard for community-centered healing.
Mission
Our mission is to be a catalyst that revolutionizes behavioral health care through a comprehensive, person-centered model.
We collaborate. We innovate. We drive measurable impact. We empower individuals to thrive.
We achieve this by building and scaling a world-class health and wellness campus that brings together treatment, physical and mental wellness, housing and supportive services — removing barriers, restoring hope, and reimagining what recovery can look like.
Vision
A transformed behavioral health ecosystem where every person — regardless of where they are on their wellness journey — has access to holistic, innovative and compassionate care that heals individuals, strengthens families, and uplifts entire communities.
Values
We are building a culture and environment where support and healing are accessible to everyone.
A quiet gift with lasting impact.
The land for the OneRise Health Campus was donated without fanfare by Jeff Lange, owner of LANGE Companies and a lifelong Kansan committed to building stronger communities. The Lange Family has long supported causes that bring about generational change, including mental health care.
This contribution was made not for recognition but rather from a place of conviction — that every Kansan deserves access to the care they need, close to home. It’s a belief shared across the LANGE organization, where community development is not just about structures, but about supporting people at every stage of life.
The Lange Family’s steadfast commitment to OneRise reflects their vision for a healthier, more resilient Kansas. As their primary charitable initiative, they have pledged ongoing financial funding to sustain OneRise’s vital operations throughout 2025.
