Fostering resilience and empowering lives.
OneRise is working to bridge care gaps and create environments that heal.
The OneRise Health Campus, now under development, is only one piece of the puzzle. Together with our partners, we are expanding access to behavioral health care for all Kansans through innovation and interconnected community-based services.
Core Services
OneRise is not a direct service provider. Our nonprofit amplifies, connects and elevates partner initiatives and programs, creating an integrated environment for whole-person healing.
OneRise Health Campus
Now under development in Wichita, Kansas, the OneRise Health Campus will integrate healthcare, housing and community services in a single nature-centered, trauma-informed environment. People across the region can access continuous support through prevention, intervention and recovery.
NewLeaf Grove Housing
Now in progress on the OneRise Health Campus, NewLeaf Grove is a coordinated neighborhood of care that supports the journey from instability to independence. Residents will have access to integrated support, including behavioral and physical health services, community connections, and workforce and life skills opportunities.

Passageways
OneRise is proud to partner with Passageways in supporting our veteran community through upstream trauma-informed solutions. Their commitment to housing stability, mental wellness and reintegration aligns deeply with our shared vision of prevention and long-term sustainability.
Together, we’re creating a stronger foundation for veterans to heal, thrive, and build lasting futures.
Horticulture Therapy
Healing grows from the ground up. Our horticulture therapy program is designed to support mental, emotional and physical wellbeing through hands-on connection with nature.
Whether planting, harvesting, or simply spending time among the gardens, individuals are invited to find purpose, peace, and a renewed sense of self. This space offers more than just fresh produce — it provides therapeutic value, life skills, and the opportunity to be part of something nurturing and restorative.
The Pilot Initiative: Sweet Corn
Sponsored by Key Construction & Tessere
Sweet corn is more than a crop — it symbolizes community and connection. This initiative demonstrates that nutrition, community and healing can combine to create something extraordinary.
